about
About 20 years ago when Edwin Dare were recording their album "Can't Break Me" Jeff Kollman, being my very close friend, asked me to write some vocals to his instrumental demos that were in consideration for the CD. I this then did and came up with two songs for him (Don't Listen To Your Head and Come And Rule The Nighttime). Jeff loved the former but felt the latter wasn't quite lyrically right for them- which I totally understood. The late great Tommy Kollman Jr. is on drums. Tommy was shot and killed by a Lee County, Florida deputy for still unknown/mysterious reasons. With Jeff Kollman's blessing this song is free to everyone to remember Tommy "Junebug" Kollman. RIP old friend!

The greatest Psych-pop and Prog-pop album of my life. The journey of this album is a masterclass in weaving recurring melodic and lyrical ideas together, not as a mere exercise but, in a way that lifts the mood & story that Mark Mikel envisions. It’s pure aural bliss. The title track is so emotive that it defies description. You can feel it down deep. “Lost Lonely Sailor” gives me a nostalgic feeling every single time. “Brilliant But Late Advice” is the overture. 500 characters i Ben Thomas
